We answer your questions on the spot. This matters especially for first-time renters, who leave the handover confident in what they know instead of reading manuals in a car park.
The camper is handed over clean, technically checked and with a full fuel tank. All the equipment included in the rental price is already inside, so there is no need to stop and buy or borrow extra items before you set off.

At the end of the trip we agree on the return place and time, just as we did for delivery. You bring the camper back with a full fuel tank. We check it and, if everything is in order, refund the deposit.
Because the standard equipment stays in the vehicle, there is no need to pack up and return borrowed items separately. You return the camper, and with it any optional extras you ordered.
